The Morphiis Mattress

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR MATTRESS, WE WILL ARRANGE TO PICK IT UP AND REFUND ALL OF YOUR MONEY INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGE.

From the delivery date of your Morphiis mattress, you have a 100-day time period to advise that you want to return your mattress. Once you inform us within the 100-day window, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the mattress.

Any time after 30 days and before 100 days from receipt of your Morphiis mattress, contact Customer Service at 1-833-698-6773 or support@personalizedsleepsolutions.com and we will make arrangements to pick up the mattress. Since we cannot sell a used mattress we will donate the mattress to a charity and you will be required to send us the donation receipt, in our name, plus the proof of purchase to allow us to process a complete refund. You may return a maximum of two mattresses per household or shipping address.

if you have a local charity you would like us to donate the mattress to we will be happy to consider it.

The return policy applies only to the original purchaser of the Morphiis mattress who remains in possession of the product and is within the United States or Canada at the time of a return request.

The Morphiis Topper Plus and Morphiis Pillow

At any time during the 30-days after you purchase a Morphiis Topper Plus or a Morphiis Pillow you can return it for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to our distribution center.

You DO NOT need to return the Topper Plus of the Morphiis Pillow in the original box. Simply use the plastic bag it comes in or even a large garbage bag. Be sure to fold the Topper Plus as tight as you can to minimize postage costs. Tape the outside and return via U.S. Postal Service or any package delivery company such as UPS or Fedex.

You MUST first call or e-mail our Customer Service at 1-833-698-6773 or support@personalizedsleepsolutions.com to obtain a 'return authorization number' which you need to note on the package you are returning.

The return policy applies only to the original purchaser of the Morphiis Topper Plus or a Morphiis Pillow who remains in possession of the product within the United States or Canada at the time of a return request.

The Morphiis Adjustable Base

At any time during the 30-days after you purchase a Morphiis Adjustable Bed Frame you can return it for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to our distribution center. Please note that your cost to ship the bed frame is very high due to its weight and size

You DO NOT need to return the bed frame in the original box. However all parts and manuals MUST BE RETURNED to receive a full credit and the bed frame must not be damaged by you in any way.
